Tesla, Inc. is looking to hire a skilled Project Coordinator to support Datacenter operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to jump in to help manage and streamline operational and coordination tasks across engineering and infrastructure planning teams.
What You’ll Do
- Support TPMs by coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Assist with material planning and tracking dependencies
- Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up-to-date and accurate
- Demonstrated experience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and supporting high volume equipment tracking
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management & project coordination
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting hardware development programs
- Good common sense around AI servers and data center hardware environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Comfortable taking on less glamorous, hands on tasks to support the broader team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
